At LJ Dentistry, we use digital x-rays because they are very safe and actually expose patients to 80% less radiation than traditional x-rays. They are also much clearer for our doctors to read and easy to share with other doctors if necessary. Digital imaging leaves very little footprint on the environment as well because there are no harmful chemicals needed for development.
